Due to the nature of our fresh-baked goods, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges. We take pride in baking each batch with love and fresh ingredients, and we want to ensure the best possible quality for you.

If your package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or other shipping issues, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or replacement.

Oops! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@mondi.com.au with a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right!

While we carefully pack your order on our end, transit and delivery conditions are completely out of our control. However, we’ll help as much as we can!
